We’re delighted to announce that Giles Thurston has joined the Advantage AGI team as our Chief Technical Officer.

With close to 30 years of experience leading technology, software, and digital strategy across healthcare, life sciences, finance, and the public sector, Giles brings a rare blend of technical depth and strategic insight.

Giles has spent his career simplifying complexity and turning technology into a driver of growth and clarity for organisations. From co-founding and leading technology and sustainability initiatives at a successful consulting business, to his leadership in digital health platforms used across the NHS, his work has consistently centred on empowering teams and making technology work for people, not the other way around.

At Advantage AGI, Giles will be helping clients navigate how AI can be practically embedded into existing operations, ensuring innovation delivers measurable business outcomes, not just headlines.
